Here at Sjcartier Ltd, we accept multiple secured payment methods. Whether you use PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay you can use our quick checkout method, with your already saved details with these companies. Or you can decide to set up an account and pay via our Stripe Payments gateway with your Debit / Credit Card. We currently are accepting payments using GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, DKK, INR, JPY, NZD, NOK, PLN, SEK, CHF & TRY as payments, do check terms of each service via links above.


UK Shipping Options;

We package and ship all items in protective, safe and secure packaging.

We aim to dispatch, all, UK purchases via Royal Mail within 24 hours of purchase. So you can rest assured, that your tracking number will be added to your order (and PayPal if used) as well as sent via email within 24 hours.

International Shipping;

We use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for all International shipping, all purchases are sent a tracking which you can use to follow your purchase from the UK to your destination.

  • £10.00 to all European countries (aim to deliver  3-7 working days)
  • £20.00 to the rest of the world (aim to deliver 5-9 working days)

These costs for International buyers, not in the UK, are Shipping costs only & any additional customs or local taxes are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.

We again ship all purchase in safe and secure packaging when sending items abroad with bubble-wrap also used, as well as secure boxes in a protective mailing bag. As per UK delivery we also dispatch all purchases within 24 hours. With tracking added to your order (and PayPal if used) as well as sent via email within 24 hours.

All products purchased will be shipped as 1 order if paid together as one. If payment is made for items individually, purchases will be shipped individually unless contacted prior.

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.


In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
